CANCELLATION POLICY

LVDC reserves the unconditional right to cancel and postpone any activity due to adverse weather conditions or for any other operational reasons.

For avoidance of doubt, adverse weather conditions are weather conditions which according to safety procedures at LVDC prohibit the normal running of certain activities in the park. Otherwise, raining or any other weather conditions are not considered adverse weather conditions if activities continue normally. Refunds are not operative for such non-adverse weather conditions.

Cancellation for any other reason by the Tour Operator or its client directly at the park, although permitted, attracts the full non-refund policy of LVDC.
