Your role:
- To greet and welcome guest in a professional and good manner.
- Giving safety presentations to zip riders at the beginning of each tour.
- Inspection of all zipline equipment.
- Accompanying and safely loading, unloading customers on each of the ziplines.
- Ensuring passengers return to the base and all equipment is returned undamaged.
- Ensure that First Aid kit is up to date.
- Perform essential safety/security check every time before commencing any activity
Your profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the customer service field
- Minimum SC Certificate
- Good command in written and spoken English/French
- Valid Certificate of Character
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- No fear of height
