Your role:
- Welcome and greet customers and make them comfortable
- Coordinate activities with other departments and sections
- Interact and explain each activity to customers as appropriate, especially during service
- Book activities for customers and take notes of daily reservations
- Be fluent in mass audience
- Do follow-up with clients about their activities and lunch
- Handle guests’ complaints
- Be aware about all activities and menus for the restaurant
- Take part in training and implement accordingly
- Pass on important messages or information to team members as and when required
- Keep your HOD informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
Your profile:
- Prioritizes and works efficiently with limited supervision
- Good command in written and spoken English/French
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.

- Valid Certificate of Character
