Zipline Guide

Your role:

  • To greet and welcome guest in a professional and good manner.
  • Giving safety presentations to zip riders at the beginning of each tour.
  • Inspection of all zipline equipment.
  • Accompanying and safely loading, unloading customers on each of the ziplines.
  • Ensuring passengers return to the base and all equipment is returned undamaged.
  • Ensure that First Aid kit is up to date.
  • Perform essential safety/security check every time before commencing any activity

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the customer service field
  • Minimum SC Certificate
  • Good command in written and spoken English/French
  • Valid Certificate of Character
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • No fear of height
