Quad Guide

Your role:

  • Attend training sessions when provided
  • To greet and welcome clients in a professional and good manner.
  • Ensure clients’ safety and security throughout the activities by providing adequate training.
  • Assess risk factors associated with the different requested activities, while taking into account the weather conditions, and clients’ abilities to conduct the activities.
  • Instruct and demonstrate related skills and techniques for the requested activities.
  • Perform essential safety/security check daily prior to the use of any equipment or before commencing any activity.
  • Ensure that First Aid Kit is up to date.

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the customer service
  • Minimum SC Certificate
  • Valid Certificate of Character
  • Good command in written and spoken English/French
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
