Your role:
- Attend training sessions when provided
- To greet and welcome clients in a professional and good manner.
- Ensure clients’ safety and security throughout the activities by providing adequate training.
- Assess risk factors associated with the different requested activities, while taking into account the weather conditions, and clients’ abilities to conduct the activities.
- Instruct and demonstrate related skills and techniques for the requested activities.
- Perform essential safety/security check daily prior to the use of any equipment or before commencing any activity.
- Ensure that First Aid Kit is up to date.
Your profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the customer service
- Minimum SC Certificate
- Valid Certificate of Character
- Good command in written and spoken English/French
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
